About the Role
As a Research Associate at BYAMN, you will bridge the gap between information and impact. You'll contribute to our content strategies, validate job market trends, and help students find the most relevant opportunities.
We're looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and comfortable with data. If you have a knack for finding high-quality information and translating it into actionable insights, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market research on student hiring trends
Identify high-impact opportunities for student communities
Analyze data from our platform to improve user outcomes
Work with the content team to create data-driven articles
Assess the competitive landscape and identify gaps
Develop reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Role Requirements
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
- Excellent research and synthesis abilities
- Good written communication skills
- Previous experience in market research or consulting is a plus
- Passion for staying updated with tech and career trends
